On the set for the filming of The Little Death. Sarah Falls (Evil Sarah) is playing the role of Heather, a victorian era brothel worker. The director, Bret Wood, was wanting to do a follow-up film to his 2006 Psychopathia Sexualis that included many of the same cast members, but it is not a sequel, just a follow-up film with a similar feel.
